T&T: Bow thruster

What kind of bow thruster should be installed on a 60' motorsailer (Turkish
gulet)? It is a single engine boat and quite tricky to manoeuvre without
one. Specifically, I am not sure if it should be electric or hydraulic and
what size (hp) would be needed to be efficient without overkill. What make
can be recommended by those of you who have used them? Thanks.
