T&T: impact driver- simple mechanical handheld

I bought one of these several years ago from Harbor Freight. I have 
seen them more recently in Homier and Cummins tool sales. I do not 
know who may still be selling them, but they seem to be quite common. 
They work quite well for their intended purpose. A little penetrating 
oil helps a lot.
