If they are BSB-format charts, almost any charting program should be
able to use them
For a free program, look on my GPS site below for "SeaClear". I
normally use Ozi Explorer (U$85)(http://www.oziexplorer.com/). Ozi is not a
marine-specific program but does handle BSB nautical charts, and does
everything I want. (I just discovered that the link to Ozi on my site
is broken - I'll fix that tonight.)
