We have run six T105's in "Pura Vida" wired to three 12 volt banks for house
power since 2002. Charge them while running with a Balmar 100 amp altenator
that will pretty much fully charges them with 8 hours of running at 1800/1900 RPMs
with our old Perkins 6.354. Use a 1800 Prosine inverter and this pretty well takes
care of our needs for two days and thre nights on the hook.
I maintain the batteries well, Check the water level and hydrometer readings
regularly. They are about four years old now and have been recharged many times
and I am noticeing It takes longer for them to charge up fully now and they don't
hold the charge for as long. Of course deep cycle batteries can only be recharged
just so many times. I believe I will get about five years out of these.
