I think you would be better off using one of those new stand alone units.
They already have provision for ducting hot air outside,, collecting
condensate etc.
And they are much more quiet. Window shakers earned that nickname for a good
reason.
You definitely do not want to let that condensate drip into bilge and
collect there.
