I'd sure try to drain that condensate water overboard. If that's not 
possible, mount a shower sump pump to get rid of it. Nothing can stink up a 
boat like water standing in the bilge, growing all kinds of critters.

I'd also suggest a squirrel cage fan for the exhaust.
