I second the red flag on apparent corrosion.....check the back of electrical 
panels..connectors etc for signs of severely corroded connections....water 
intrusion or possible sinking.  There are a ton of boats on the market 
damaged from last years hurricanes.  Salt water will destroy wiring and 
electrical components.
Be careful and employ the proper surveyors.
