Ron, many don't seem to realize that their boat's inverter makes an
excellent UPS.

Subject: T&T: Back UP UPS

My on board desktop computer (temporary) needs about 375 watts. I am looking
for a back-up UPS in case of dockside power failure. Checking our "local" RI
company APS which is well known, I find their reasonably priced units (under
$100) don't seem to have automatic shut down software, nor USB connections
which is a bit disappointing. However I did find on line another make the
CyberPower CP800AVR (450W) which appears to have both, but of which I have
no knowledge - has anyone used their units and are they good + reliable?

Any feedback on or off line appreciated.
