T&T: Inverters and tool battery chargers

The Xantrex Pro-sine inverter is not modified-sinewave. It puts out
full-sinewave AC power, just like the power company. No tool or small
appliance chargers should have any problem with your pro-sine.

My old Heart 1000, however, is a modified sinewave inverter, and cooked my
Dewalt charger for my 9.6v drill. Sure enough, when I read the Dewalt
instruction manual, it warned of not charging on modified-sinewave
inverters.
