T&T: Combo GPS for road and boat

I've been looking for a slightly expensive Christmas gift (for myself) by
way of a GPS I could use both in the car and on the boat. On the boat I use
Garmin blue charts on my 2010, so the Garmin Nuvi came to mind since (I
think it will take Bluecharts?). 

It would also be great for audio books on MP3 etc per my earlier posts on
that thread. Lowrance and Tom Tom seem to make somewhat cheaper units.
Anyone have any thoughts on this and other recommendations?
