T&T: Scredriver drills

My trusty light weight (9v?) Dewalt screwdriver drill, with convenient snap
in chuck, seems to have gone on the blink - both noisy bearings and low
power batteries. 

It is the type that has a joint to allow it to drill at an angle, as well as
straight. I had a B&D like this but it was pretty feeble. Dewalt don't seem
to make it any more - and anyway I can not access their site on line for
some reason. Does anyone know a similar tool they can recommend?
