Get Steve Dodges Cruising Guide to the Abacos, www.whitesoundpress.com .  We have been going to the Abacos since '94 and have had many good times.  Usually we bareboat a trawler from Florida Yacht, one trip we were on Garden Cay.  The Cruising Guide is great and gives you the low down on where to go and what to see/do.  Once there listen to Cruisers Net each morning, gives the weather and what is happening that day on each Cay.
