T&T: Atlantic ICW Funding

Personally, I believe the way to get ICW funding is to get the realtors and
developers to understand their cash cow waterfront properties will be
dropped like a $2 suitcase if the homeowners can't enjoy their boats and
access the ocean.

Cruisers whining about going aground doesn't resonate with lawmakers, a
pissed off developer does.
