T&T: "Y" Valve's and the Chesapeake..

Not that I use my "Y" Valve but this weekend I learned something I  
had only heard about in other areas.  I have a DNR officer on my dock  
who asked if he could take a picture of my "Y" valve being secured so  
he could share it with a legal class he's teaching to a new batch of  
DNR officers.  I said "Secured"...  Uh I have a problem..  So it  
turns out that I can be compliant by locking the head, securing the  
valve with a wire tie, or removing the handle..  So I went down to  
the hardware picked up some zip tie's and secured it into place to be  
legal.  I know many of you cruise through the Chesapeake and I  
figured I would pass on the info..
