T&T: 12 or 12/110?

I installed a NovaKool to replace a very noisy Norcold in May of 2001.  12v
only unit.  It is quiet and other than keeping things cold, I don't pay any
attention to it - I do defrost it once a year.  It is quiet and reliable.
