Just found about this yesterday. Go to _www.NICB.org_ (http://www.NICB.org)  
any you can check VIN's to determine  if a certain vessel was reported damaged 
to the insurer in the hurricanes of  last year, Katrina, Rita & Wilma.
 
I checked two boats damaged in Ivan and they were not included in the  
listing. BTW, I have been offered seven damaged boats for free, just must be  
floated or cut up and salvaged by 1 Sept. I have done six boats since December  
2004, some cut up, parts saved and sold or repaired and sold. I am to tired,  it's 
too hot and the arthritis is getting worse, so anyone in the Pensacola area  
want to get involved in saving or salvaging a few boats call me ASAP
