I've recently had experience with Lubriport as well. I wanted to take
samples during the survey of the boat we were purchasing, the time frame
was short, and in my excitement, I neglected to order the sample kits
until the last minute. I spoke to Anne early one morning, she had not
yet left the house, but happily took the info she needed to next day the
kit I needed, and it was received just in time to take with me on the
flight down to survey & trial the boat. I took the samples, sent them to
the lab via next day, they got them Mon July 3, I spoke with Floyd on
Wed, just to check that they had the samples, and he had me hold while
he found the report and went over the results with me on the phone.

I couldn't have been more pleased. I'd be a schmuck if I didn't take the
opportunity to relate the terrific service I experienced! I plan to make
a habit of using their services, and in my book, their service is top shelf!
