T&T: Digital Nautical Charts (from NGA)

The RTP files are patch files - not the masters.  They only
work to update the master set and are not usable by
themselves.

As far as I know, these charts, while not classified, are
not available to nongovernment entities. (and if I am wrong
- I am sure someone will let us all know - 'cus we all like
free charts)

I've just downloaded some charts from the NGA web page but
I can't open
them.  Their extension is "RTP".  I thought I had installed
a program to
open these but now I can't find it (or maybe I just thought
I installed the
program).

 

I've search Google and tried to find the answer on the NGA
site to no avail.

 

Can anyone out there give me a hand?
