C-Level brand, model XL3, suitable for most inflatable boats up to 14 
ft. long.  Strong (3,800 lb. test) 1" nylon webbing is used on all legs 
of the harness, replacing old fashioned wire legs, but will not corrode 
or chafe hull.  All hardware is stainless steel, including the snap
