BST: Trade Tug for ?

Because of a recent hip replacement which will limit my ability to crawl  
around in engine rooms in the near to mid future I am throwing out the  
possibility that I might trade my 2000 Nordic Tug 42 for a slightly larger and  
older boat with a stand up or semi stand up engine room. My last boat, a 45'  
Californian MY with twin 6-71's, had what I would call a semi stand up 
engine  room.
 
I would consider almost any style fiberglass motor yacht or trawler. The  
Californian was a sundeck so I really don't want to go back to that style.
 
The boat is in Punta Gorda, FL behind my residence.
 
My current asking price is $325,000
