There now is a Web-based sister forum to Trawler Buy-Sell-Trade where 
it's possible to post photos. Actually, two separate forums, one for 
boats, the other for boating equipment and services.

Incidentally, there is no plan to discontinue the email version of 
Buy-Sell-Trade that so many people find useful.
