BST: For Sale: 207 Mainship Hardtop Trawler - Low Hours - Make an Offer!

We have for sale a year 2007, like new, Mainship 34' Hardtop Trawler with
only 55 hours on the Yanmar optional 370hp turbo-diesel engine. We have not
used our boat for the six grandchildren as we thought we would, because all
three sets of parents are always so busy they can't make it down to Florida,
so we wind up going north in the car just to see them. The Hardtop model is
the same 34 trawler without the flybridge; but the base price is the same,
because minus the flybridge, Mainship added a luxurious Captain's chair in
the salon, an overhead skyroof with automatic opener, and a fully
instrumented wood helm station with steering. On the flybridge model only
the upper helm station has standard instruments and steering. However,
beginning with the 2009 model year, many equipment items such as AC,
generator, swim platform, etc. that had been optional will become standard;
but you will pay for it in the raised base price. Besides its great looks,
the main advantages of the Hardtop are no steep steps to the flybridge if
either partner has a problem with steps; less maintenance; little wind
resistance for better fuel economy; and access to marine areas with low
bridges that would otherwise be inaccessible with the flybridge model.
Currently there is only one Hardtop on Yachtworld.com; it is a 2008 without
the complete marine electronics package we have (Garmin); otherwise, the
options even out and the dealer's price is a "special discount" at $260,000.
We have 55 hours on our engine; the dealer's boat may have more, depending
on how often it has been on sea trial for potential customers. We are asking
$240,000 for a boat that would list new for $320,000 with our options, and
