I apologize to all of you who are receiving these posts I did not mean to
start an esoteric discussion by those who are not actually buying or
selling.  There are clearly better places for those discussions.  I can say
that I want to sell and I believe there are serious buyers out there that
may not want to try and pick the bottom of the market (not here, not in the
stock market, or in the real estate market).  History shows that there are
far more fools made trying to pick a bottom, than there are those that
profit by doing so.
