BST: Willard 30 price negotiation

I have listed my 30' Willard trawler and though there have been many
responses, they all seem to fizzle without inspection.  The one couple who did
come to see her volunteered that they thought the price was fair, but I wonder
in this climate. The boat is in superb condition and needs absolutely no
investment to start cruising; even all the cushions are brand new. Abenaki has
been meticulously maintained and lightly used, has only one engine, a reliable
Perkins which drinks only 1.5 gph at 6.5 kts. In any case, I wish to send out
the message that I am definitely open to reasonable offers. I will throw in a
handsome dinghy to  sweeten the pot. She may be seen in Blue Hill, ME.
