BST: 60' downeast twin screw

I have moved to Switzerland.

 

My rare and beautiful 60' downeast trawler is in East Hampton, NY and needs
a new owner.

 

It was originally custom built in 1968 of wood, then had a 5 year total and
loving restoration including heavy duty fiberglassing of the hull. It has a
huge novi hull design, only 3.5' of draft, takes any kind of sea with ease,
and has all stainless new parts, mahogany paneling, 2" stainless drive
shafts, a 15' bridge, twin helms, too much to tell. 

 

Gitano Rosa needs minor topside repairs and paint. If all work was done,
this would be a $100,000 boat. I will sell her for $25,000 as is, plus
current yard storage fees. All work and paint can probably be done for
$10,000. This is a gift to the right buyer.
