BST: List Policies

The Buy-Sell-Trade list is intended as a low-volume, one-way, 
announcement list.  It is not, like the regular trawler list, a place 
for discussions and questions.

Therefore please respond to the poster, not to the list, with your 
questions and comments about items for sale.

Also, posters, please avoid listing the same item more frequently 
than about once a month, unless there is something substantial that 
has changed, such as a substantial drop in the price.  Also, please 
do not post an announcements that the items have been sold.

All of these policies are designed to keep the volume of emails down 
and the number of subscribers (and buyers) up.
