This noble trawler has just completed (w/o incident) her seasonal
northbound trip into the freshwater lakes of the NE. She will be
visiting here for part of the summer; then head back south, stopping in
Delaware, if not sold beforehand. She is 30 years old, but one would
never know it. She has been well cared for, completely detailed and is
well found, having complete nav stations (helms) on the flybridge and in
the salon. Her full length bimini, and flybridge console cover, are
color coordinated with her decks.

She has recent upgrades and improvements to the extent of $30,000. New
AWL Grip Paint, all bright work just refinished (honey-teak), new Heavy
Duty Windlass, new 50 lb st. stl. anchor, w/new chain and rode (the rode
and chain are contained in custom designed special locker above deck to
avoid damp, dirt, below deck, fwd of the v-berths), new 16000 BTU AC
(reverse cycle), new remotely controlled spot light, new cushions and
mattresses thruout, new decks, new electric head aft, Garmin GPS sounder
plotters and compasses at both stations. New St. Croix after davits
w/motor lift. She will be provided a 2 person fibreglass dingy, 8 pfd's,
5 fenders, 2 fender carriers, Dock lines, All windows provided with Sun
Screens and Blinds.

This is the perfect liveaboard trawler, She's in the water, ready for an
early departure for the Bahamas (move south with the weather). Std.
untampered with Aft cabin design, w/ 1 double, and 1 large single bunk,
full head (new electric) and shower. Fwd. V-Berth and full std. head and
shower. Galley w/4 burner propane stove w/oven. New Propane/electric
Refr. Freezer, making her ideal for the Bahamas and living free of
marina electric, and the noise, heat, and fuel consumption of a genset.
Two propane tanks stored topside out of the cabin w/solenoid shutoff at
the tanks; 2 new propane fume detectors. Swim platform, w/ladder.

She has been upgraded from the old, high maintenance, leak prone, teak
decks. She is tight, sound, solid fibreglass (pre-chopped fibres), and
her famous fuel stingy 120 HP Ford-Lehman Diesel makes her ideal for
long off shore cruises. These engines have a life span in excess of
25,000 hrs. she has used about 2900 hrs. Parts and spares are easily and
readily available. She comes with fresh oil change (Shell Rotella the
mfr. recommended lubrication-zero hrs.), full fuel tanks (300
gal=$1500)). Note: It is important that fuel tanks keep topped off to
prevent condensation) Other Tanks are: water 150 gal, Diesel 300 gal,
Holding Tank 40 gal. The photos tell the story. Many more Photos are
available. 585-905-0506
