Full time cruisers ashore now due to health issues leaving this well
maintained and economical trawler ready to go with many new system and
cosmetic upgrades within the last 18 months; $117,832 before she goes to a
broker.

 

The Heritage East 40 Sundeck Trawler is a well founded full displacement
boat, with a 7.9 kt. hull speed, she runs all day at 7 kts with 1,600 rpm
and 2.7 gal/hr.

 

360 hours on dealer-rebuilt Perkins 6.3544M engines, new sundeck enclosure,
new heavy duty power dinghy winch with davit.  New windlass and ground
tackle with backup storm tackle.

 

New Garmin MFD, chartplotter, radar, depth sounder, weather radio, new
SIMRAD autopilot, more.

 

Galley has all new stainless steel appliances including two door
refrigerator/freeze, three burner electric stove-top, convection oven, and
microwave, corian counters; new water heater and freshwater pump.

 

New bottom job; Interlux Interprotect (5 coats) and Interprotect Micron X
paint (3 coats) and zincs all around.
