CAVU (1982 W40 Sedan #27, $119,000) : A 2-stateroom, two owner/family, full
displacement boat, she carries 7,000# ballast in her full keel giving her
incredible range and economy (under 2gph at cruise). Over the past few
years Cavu has gotten some nice upgrades: new GLASS windows with Aluminum
frames, new entry door, new cushions, new galley counters/appliances/floor,
new floor in the head, new wall coverings/laminate, new carpet with heavy
sound deadening padding, new electric-flush head, new hot water heater, 2
new A/C raw water pumps, 2 new bilge pumps, new fresh water
system pump. Since May of this year she has gotten new carpet and a
professional full compounding/polishing/waxing from the waterline up. She
really looks nice but the exterior teak is ready for a stripping and
refinishing. Recent survey available upon request..

More details available on yachtworld. She is priced very aggressively, far
below what other equivalent condition Willard 40s have sold for in the past
few years and represents a bargain in the full displacement trawler world.
I'm an active member of the Willard Owners group and know these boats inside
and out and would be glad to answer any questions that come up.
