BST: 1991 49 Grand Banks Health sale

The owner of this stabilized 49 Grand Banks has told me he really wants to
sell this boat now. He has had health problems and has lowered his price to
$319,900. This is way below any other 49 GB of this age out there.  The boat
is powered with Caterpillar naturally aspirated 3208 engines with 210 HP,
about 3800 hours. These CAT engines, with the same block are built as 375 HP
and even 435 HP, so with no turbo chargers these 210s have a very long
service life. There is a dinghy a few years old with less than 20 hours on
the motor, and a canister life raft only a few years old.

The boat needs the varnish to be stripped and needs interior redecorating,
but most buyers in this size and price range want to put in there own
decorating, and at this price a lot can be done to upgrade and still be
below the price of other 49s.
