New in box but has a 1/4" bubble. Original instructions, mounting screws, etc.
Guarantee card is included but I lost the invoice and don't know if the 5-year
guarantee will be honored.  Purchased about two years ago for $85 and the
cheapest price I can find now is $87 + shipping.
