Having sold our trawler, our slip at Dock Holidays
Marina, North Myrtle Beach, SC is available for long
term lease.  The slip has floating docks and will
accommodate a boat up to 45 ft.  Dock Holidays Marina
is located within easy walking distance of Home Depot,
WalMart, West Marina, Lowes and many good restaurants.
 The marina is just off the ICW (8 miles "south" of
the Little River Inlet) and as good a hurricane hole
as may be found in the coastal Carolinas.  The long
term rate is $400/month.  The slip is also offered for
sale, but a long term lease will be given first
