BST: Captains License

If you ain't using it commercially, you don't need none of it.  But the 
knowledge is useful for a cruiser.  Plus other folks on the dock really 
think you know what you're doin'.  Oh yeah, and we get to put "Cap'n" in 
front of our names!  My daddy used to tell me; "Boy (he called me boy), Boy, 
you can't be a cowboy if you don't own a cowboy suit!"

All tongue-in-cheek stuff here.  You'll never regret getting your license. 
You'll have a sense of pride and accomplishment that money can't buy.
