BST: M/V Scout Price Reduction

Just a quick note to the list to let you know I've reduced the asking price
for M/V Scout, a 60' world capable expedition trawler yacht by $300,000 to
$1,495,000.

to the possibility of an exchange (up or down) for a quality home or
vacation property or for commercial property, i.e. strip mall, shopping
center or other retail, MHP, industrial, mini-storage, etc. I would prefer
any exchange property to be located in the Western US, and am not interested
in raw land deals or properties located outside the U.S.
