BST: 49' Grand Banks 1991 reduced again

The owner of this 1991 49' Grand Banks has health issues and has reduced the
price again, now at $299,900. This boat has CAT naturally aspirated 3208
engines and Naiad Stabilizers. Three staterooms, two heads. To find another
GB at this price range, everything else is much older and without
stabilizers. This boat needs the varnish to be redone, got 220 sandpaper?

The boat is located in Fort Lauderdale.
