BST: 49 Grand Banks refit in FL $275,000

Located here in The Shipyard Showroom in Fort Lauderdale is 1980 Grand Banks
that has had extensive work done to upgrade this yacht. The teak decks have
been removed on the main deck and trunk cabin and are now non-skid
fiberglass. Stabilizers were added in 2002. Most of the old varnished teak
handrails have been removed and replaced with stainless along with lots of
the teak trim removed or painted. What varnish is left is perfect. Even the
old teak windshield brackets on the flybridge have been replaced with the
stainless. The original teak anchor pulpit has been replaced with a
fiberglass dual anchor pulpit with windlass.

The lifting mast to pick up the dinghy has been re-inforced to give it more
lifting capacity and the there is a 12' Nautica hard bottom inflatable with
a 40 HP Honda. All of the canvas including the bimini and dinghy cover is in
great shape, and the Textilene window shades are all recent.

 Electronics have been updated with a Simrad Autopilot, and included are two
Dell laptops with navigation software. Satellite TV and telephone.

Powered with the economical and long lasting 120 Lehmans.

The interior is in great condition with updated fabrics and curtains; teak
parquet cabin soles have been refinished.

The seller has purchased a larger boat and is motivated to sell, and has
lowered the asking price to $275,000. His statement to me was if someone
