The downside of the boat is there is some wood on the inside that needs replacing due to water leaking around the windows over the years. Both sides in the aft cabin and in the galley have some wood rot. It is just cosmetic, no structural damage. The handrails need to be re welded on the flybridge. The boat had a fresh bottom job in June 2006 NO blisters ever. Great bottom layup on hull. If extended cruising is in your future, you will need a generator as there is not one. The boat is located in Rockport Texas at the city/municipal marina tied on one of the walls. The name on the back is Southern Blues. Please let me know in advance for arrangement to see inside.
