The Shipyard Group is the brokerage division of Bradford Marine in Fort
Lauderdale, the world's largest undercover yacht repair facility, with a 300
ton synchrolift and the ability to haul yachts up to 150 feet. We have made
one of our docks into The Shipyard Showroom, the only undercover dockage
devoted to brokerage yachts in Florida. This is a great benefit to sellers,
as we may have 20 to 25 boats on display at any one time, to let buyers see
a number of boats at one time.

We also encourage other Florida brokers to sell our listings on a
co-brokerage basis, and it is very easy and convenient for them to bring
their clients here. On September 13th we will have a yacht broker's open
house, with food and drink provided by Seacoast Marine Financing, for
brokers to inspect the boats here for their clients. If any yacht brokers
want to come, give me a call.

If your boat is for sale, you might consider moving it to South Florida to
get it sold this winter. The dockage is free; there is a charge for
electricity, water, trash and 24 hour security. The boat must be valued over
$250,000. To see some pictures of our facility go to our website, the
address is below, for more information please contact me.

In our showroom now are some boats that might appeal to BST readers. All of
these owners are enjoying the free dockage and the great exposure for their
boats that are for sale.

1991 49' Grand Banks with 210 HP naturally aspirated CAT 3208 engines and
equipped with stabilizers asking $399,000.

1991 55' Florida Bay Coaster, extremely well maintained, $549,000

1999 53' Jefferson Pilothouse $549,000

1999 47' Sabreline Fast Trawler $610,000

2003 57 Carver $649,000

1985 61 Hatteras MY $549,000

2000 88' Nordlund $3,900,000

1999 80 Westbay Sonship $2,195,000

1999 44' Trojan Express $220,000

1990 45' Californian aft sundeck MY $279,000

More and more and more

I have a listing on a very nice 36' Grand Banks that I sold to the current
owner, a year ago last spring. He lives on Amelia Island, which is located
at the Florida -Georgia border, and is using the boat, so it is at a marina
near his house. This is the Motoryacht model with a sundeck, and that makes
the aft cabin have good headroom across the full beam of the boat. He is
stickler for maintenance; it will sail through a survey, asking $349,000 but
he is getting more motivated.
