Hi Everybody,
Somehow the first paragraph of my prior email concerning my boat for sale did
not go through and the picture link was garbled.
The price is $139,995. I may consider trade for real estate in the southeast
US.
Try this link for pictures (somehow the "3" at the end was left off)

===========================================================
Thanks for your inquiry concerning my 43' trawler for sale
My boat is truly a unique vessel, with classic lines which always draws a
crowd. A displacement trawler, it is designed to live aboard and cruise
while consuming very little fuel (about 2.92 mpg at 9 knots). The hull is a
typical round displacement shape for the front two thirds, and has hard
chines in the rear third. The keel is about 18" deep at the rear, and
projects below the propeller and rudder. The builder specialized in
building shrimp boats for use in the Gulf of Mexico.
This is the only pleasure boat they built, commissioned
by the original owner. The hull and running gear are the same as the
commercial boats. It is very heavy duty, about 1.25" thick solid
fiberglass below the waterline, and .75" above. I am the second owner of
the boat, having purchased it about 7 years ago after a two year search
for a character trawler built of fiberglass. The boat was in a boatyard for
over a year as it was being restored. Included in the restoration was an
engine overhaul, new generator, new paint, new mast with crowsnest, new
pilothouse, new canvas, new electronics, new carpeting, new windows, new
plumbing fixtures, new batteries, new A/C, new cushions, new rigging, new
controls, new gauges, new electronics, and much more. Our plan was to
keep this boat for many years as we love cruising, but by wife has developed
back problems, and had surgery about a year ago. Unfortunately she is no
longer able to help with lines, and cannot withstand the movement of the
boat while underway, so I must sell her (the boat not the wife).
In addition to the specifications below, you may view many pictures of my
boat

shown.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks for your inquiry,
