They are new, and come with a 5 year warranty, but Tempo is no longer in
business.

Snubbers protect against forces of wind, wave and wake. Manufactured from
highly elastic rubber to absorb shock loads on dock lines. Self locking
internal elements at each end eliminate chafed lines. Same item sells for
$53.70 each discounted on Amazon. Asking $50 for set.
