1975 - 43' Gulf Star Sundeck Aft Cabin Trawler and Enclosed Flybridge
whose Perkins 130 engines burn 2 gallons per hour per engine at 8
Knots cruise speed. It holds 300 Gallons Diesel Fuel and 130 Gallons
Water. The fore deck has a Capstan, CQR anchor with 10' chain and
200' rode (an additional 40 feet of chain is in the locker). It has
an Onan 8 KW generator and Heart 3000 inverter with 4 batteries plus
a Link 1000 monitoring system. This inverter capacity allows her to
easily stay on the hook for days.

A good live aboard 2 stateroom trawler with proven open ocean hull
design. All windows, companionway doors, hatches and port lights
have screens. There is Berber carpet throughout galley, guest head
and front stateroom.

The interior is teak finish throughout the boat. The saloon has 2
Lazy Boy chairs and a wooden bench seat. The beautiful teak floor
has an area rug in the center. There is a 19" Panasonic TV
(Shakespeare antenna), and indirect rheostat style lighting which
adds a nice atmosphere. A VHF radio is on the helm station located
on the starboard side with an intercom to the radio on the bridge. A
covered electric panel is on the side of the helm station. The main
AC unit is located in the main saloon. The second AC unit is in the
aft stateroom. There is easy access to the engines, generator and
house batteries.

The back stateroom has an island queen berth with a full head and
stall shower. Forward is a private head and V-berth which can be
converted to king size berth.

The galley has a Nova Cool double door AC/DC refrigerator, a Princess
3 burner electric stove, microwave and (2) stainless steel sinks with
a water purification system. There is a 10 gallon stainless steel
hot water heater. The large U-shaped dinette will seat up to 8
people comfortably and can convert to a king size bed. There is
lots of storage in the galley.

The large flush aft deck has a bimini cover and a ladder which leads
down to the swim platform. There are davits for the dink (9 foot
Apex included) on the swim platform.

The enclosed bridge has a centerline pedestal helmseat and port and
starboard covered bench seats which run fore and aft. There is a
depth sounder, Garmin GPS, VHF radios (Icom45 and a second one which
has the intercom to the Saloon), hailer, and extra external speaker.

There are Gulf Coast oil filters for the engines. The fuel polisher
will keep fuel in top condition. Engine hour meters and flow scan
fuel monitoring system are pluses. Installed at the lower station
are 2 bilge pump cycle counters. A manual bilge pump is located
under the catwalk in the saloon area. Mechanical gauges monitor
engine temp and oil pressure from the engine room doorway.
