1970 GB50-21 La Grande Dame. 

I am contemplating the sale of my Woodie to the right home. My kids are
going to college and business is slow. She has had 2 years of restoration
work completed in Yarmouth,ME and needs someone else to take over. I am
checking to see if there is any immediate interest prior to paying for the
summer slip fee at Rowes Wharf in Boston, Ma. She is currently in wet
storage at Constitution Marina in Charlestown, MA. I am asking 180K. The
vessel had full out of water insurance survey completed in May 2006. Please
