BST: 44' Marine Trader $39,000 Must Sell

I have to sell asap, Have lowered the price to $39,000.  Shes a 1978 44 Marine Trader with galley down, center line queen aft, single 120 lehman (runs great) no electronics, no gen.  She is a fixer upper , but the hull and decks are sound,  just cosmetics.  Great Live a Board boat.  Located in Texas.  Not looking to trade for anything or finance.
