CHB 51, 1978 Pilothouse Trawler located in the California Delta near Rio
Vista, CA.  This magnificent, fiberglass hull, classic pilothouse trawler
displaces 50,000 pounds, OAL is 51 ft, Beam is 15 ft and she draws 4ft 6
inches. With twin 135 turbo, Lehman diesels she cruises efficiently at 7 =
kts and can make 11 kts if necessary. With 1000 gallons of fuel and 650
gallons of water she can cruise for extended periods away from the dock.

Two staterooms, two heads and a great workshop are located down with galley
and saloon on the deck level. The pilothouse includes a huge watch berth and
a dinette that seats up to 8 people comfortably. Above the saloon, the huge
boat deck is wide open for parties, sunbathing, and quiet lounging while at
anchor. Forward of the boat deck is the large fly bridge with full controls.

The pilothouse is complete with a full array of electronics, autopilot,
depth, radar and VHF radios. The 6kW generator is managed from the
wheelhouse and is whisper quiet.

Many recent upgrades, paint, carpet, W/D, cabinetry and work shop. A/C is
onboard (new) and ready to install. Very similar to Marine TRader 49.

Beautiful Teak and Mahogany interior, artfully carved doors, all make this a
