Miramar is a 56 Fiberglass Tri-Cabin Trawler designed by Ed Monk Sr. We
are moving to Arizona for health reasons and she is looking for a new
owner. She is fully redecorated, new systems, no expenses spared, in tip
top condition and ready to cruise. Take a look www.wolfemarine.com
<http://www.wolfemarine.com/> in Seattle.
Salon
Salon has helm station forward to port and very large well lit galley
aft to starboard with a full size refrigerator freezer. A full sized
sofa settee is on the port with dining table with flip-up leafs. To
starboard are two large lounging chairs with end table. To port and aft
of the settee are stairs leading to the flybridge helm.
The salon/helm/galley has 360 degree window visibility. Easy visibility
from the salon seating out the side windows. The sofa in the salon is a
hide-a-bed for two. The cherry/mahagony wood levelors throught the salon
and master are a plus for controlling the light levels and for privacy.
The ships files and Lazy Susan are under the stairs to the bridge.
Headliners throughout the boat are new along with new upholstery,
curtains, pillows, headboards, mattresses, bolsters, wall covering and
carpet. TV/VCR is on the dash and the DVD/CD stereo with external
speakers is part of the computer. Library book shelf center is a part of
the computer.

The first guest stateroom is down and to port with two cross over/under
berths with ample storage. Further forward is a another stateroom with a
V-berth configuration with berths to port and starboard. Large and

Remarks
Ed Monk Sr. designed this boat for a couple in Seattle in 1969. The hull
was built by Thermodyne in Marysville, WA. with multiple layers of heavy
roving cloth over 1" thick. The entire bottom of the boat is box framed
with 2" stringers and 1 3/4" cross frames all encased with heavy roving
cloth. The hull has a full deep keel with a 2" thick integral skid plate
shoe. The bottom of this boat is in A-1 condition, last hauled in
January 2007. The deck house and interior were custom built by
shipwrights on Portage Bay in Seattle. All encased with fiberglass
cloth. The decks are all non-skid glass.
Special design features include: Full width roof. Covered walk-around
side decks. High gunnells and railings for passenger safety. Enclosed
aft conversation pit with cushioned seating for 9 people out of the
weather, great place to sleep out. Full cushioned seat across the
transom with built-in fish cleaning station. Enclosed fly bridge with
dash large enough to sleep on. Complete teak deck furniture set with 6
chairs, 2 steamer lounges, 4 side tables and one dining table. All of
the beds have an extra mattress under the top mattress covered with
sunbrella fabric to be used on deck for sunbathing or sleeping out. The
boat is great for large parties. It has a refrigeration system with two
freezers. It is not unusual to have 40 people for day cruise outings.
The engine room has a large deck lid for walk around ease of
maintenance.
This is the most boat that you will find anywhere in ready to cruise
condition for under $300,000!
