Here is an up date to the ad that I posted earlier for friends.

FOR SALE: 40' 1981 Albin trunk cabin trawler. Single Lehman for very
economical and comfortable cruising. 'Mr. Lucky' has been very well maintained
and has many desirable features including galley down, dual helm, generator,
radar, new bottom, refrigerator freezer and ice maker, Loran, depth sounder,
two VHF radios, hailer, electric windlass with all chain rode and 40# plow
anchor and many spare parts. The huge bridge has an extended bimini with a
three side enclosure.

She has recently been Algripped and her interior has been professionally
varnished. Her teak sole is beautiful and like all Albins, she has loads of
storage space for living aboard or extended cruising. This boat has one of the
largest engine rooms you will find in a 40' boat. Everything is easily
accessible.

'Mr./ Lucky' shows very well. Her current owners have enjoyed her on the
northern Chesapeake Bay for more than ten years, but their health forces her
sale.  She is aggressively priced at $87,500 (OBO) to move this season. This
