BST: 1981 40' Albin for sale

I'm posting this boat for  friends who don't spend much time with  computers.
Their boat, 'Mr. Lucky', is a nice 40 foot Albin traditional trawler. It has a
single 120 HP Lehman which was recently rebuilt, radar, inverter, generator,
anchor winch and lots of other goodies. The boat has a recent Algrip job, and
a large, three side bridge enclosure. The bridge is very spacious. A very
economical boat to operate, it ought to burn less than three gallons per hour
at 8 knots. Asking $87,500 and located in Baltimore.
