BST: Gulfstar 44MC- 1979 Motor Cruiser For Sale

My family has just been presented with a once in a lifetime opportunity to
purchase a waterfront home with Dock.

Though the prime reason for moving is to have our vessel in our "Backyard",
I need to cut my debt level ASAP and need to consider selling our vessel.

Before I talk myself out of this I am making a post placing our 1979
Gulfstar 44MC for sale.

I have not prepared a data sheet or official advertisement but can supply
quite a bit of information and jpg's which I have in my head and on the PC.


She is a live aboard / Trawler style vessel, twin Perkins 6.354 engines w
@2200 hrs.  Run like champs, low fuel burn (amazingly low) with extended oil
filtration, stainless exhaust manifolds, stainless exhaust elbow, rebuilt
starter, rebuilt alternator, rebuilt water pump with spare.  Engines have
been my recent focus.  Onan 15KW, two staterooms, front head with shower,
rear Master head with t ub and shower.  Galley down, large salon with lower
helm, bridge is very large and accommodating, covered rear sundeck with
crane and dinghy chocks above.  500 gallon fuel capacity. Multiple water
tanks.  Accommodations for washer dryer though I removed the old unit when I
started her refit.  There's allot more but this gives some initial info.

For those familiar with the vessel, its construction and design, it needs no
introduction.
For others, please research the vessel through other listings and the
Gulfstar Registry.  If interested, please ask questions as well.

I believe I can accomplish what I need to and let her go for $98,000.   I
haven't seen them listed for under 149K and normally find them listed quite
a bit higher, so I consider this a reasonable testament to my sincerity and
desire to make this as quick and painless for me as I can. She is lying in
