BST: 40' Monk Design Trawler in Fort Lauderdale

There is an absolutely pristine trawler for sale at the shipyard where I
work. It is a 1988 40' Monk design trunk cabin trawler $150,000.00 with twin
120 Lehmans.

 It is owned by the yard superintendent, and he has had work crews refit
this boat in the slower summer months. It has been painted from boot stripe
to the top of the custom mast. The teak decks have been removed from all
decks except the cockpit. The galley is new, the cushions in the dinette are
new, there are good electronics, and the bimini and enclosure are in good
shape. The boat is kept undercover so it looks like it was painted
yesterday. This boat will NOT be on Yacht World as the owner knows many
yacht brokers, and he does not want to list it with only one broker to the
exclusion of the others he knows. But I work at the same yard as he does and
