[Sentoa] Red stains on outside decking adj to salon NT 32-169

See previous inquiry---After recaulking the entire seam between the  pilot 
house and the salon top deck+++ removing the stack and recaulking the  screw 
holes, the drip remained...Only one thing left??---the rail  
stanchions--they were done and the red drips seem to have  stopped!!
After talking to Nordic H.Q. about this they told us that when the  tugs 
are shipped East, the rails are not installed: evidently, the east coast  
seller did not properly caulk the stanchions..
Amazingly, there were never any signs of leakage inside the  salon!!
